Local Beer Day at Aunty Jacks

Saturday 24 February marks the very first iteration of ‘Local Beer Day’. The initiative was born out of the local industry facing several challenges in the previous few years and serves as a reminder to our patrons and supporters that without ongoing support for Local beer many brands will face further hardships and the vibrant and varied industry will suffer.

More positively, it is also a chance for local breweries, local bars and local venues to celebrate their Local beer and give back to the supporters through different events and offers.

Here at Aunty Jacks we are very lucky with the support we have from our local community and travellers from further afield. We appreciate and recognise the vast amount of fun we get to have as a brewery and venue on the back of our amazing customers.

To celebrate, we are hosting our ‘Ultimate Paddle Party’ where we will have our Brewer Matt guiding through an extended flight of beers – showcasing and deep-diving into some of our stablemates and offering some unique side by side comparisons of seasonal and upcoming beers (including a sneak peek into our next Summer Seasonal release!)

Following our beer flight we will have a couple of hours of karaoke followed by a DJ set into the evening.
